Meet the principal
Hello Parents and Students,
I am thrilled about leading the Alternative Education sites in TUSD!
I am the Principal for Duncan-Russell, Stein High and Willow Community Day School. I come to serve you with 20+ years of experience working with youths from a wide variety of populations. I am committed to student strength-based focused teaching and dedicated to creating a positive learning environment and making a difference in students’ lives.
We will be hosting an informational presentation on Thursday, Sept. 17 @ 4:00 p.m. and again @ 6:30 p.m. on our reopening plan of elementary schools TK-5:

Although the current power outages in San Joaquin County have not impacted our ability to provide online instruction at this time, we understand it could impact some students’ ability to access their online classes.
Teachers will be reaching out to their students with updated information and posting class materials online for students who are unable to attend their classes due to the power outages and students may be given extensions to complete their assignments.
With the current heatwave and the potential for future outages, we want to remind our students and families of the following tips to help you during the current or future outages.
Upcoming family presentations are scheduled for
September 17th @ 4:00 p.m. AND @ 6:30 p.m.
You can view the informational sessions on Microsoft Teams at these links:
